As the Client Services Associate for Echo Wealth Management, I am all about serving clients in any way possible. My primary responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with scheduling meetings.
  • Maintaining access to client portals.
  • Conducting internal audits of our filing system and CRM for inconsistencies and completeness.
  • Helping my team members with contracts, billing, opening accounts, and transferring money.

One of my greatest joys in life is building trusting and valuable relationships with others, which suits me well in this position as I can meet and speak with our clients daily.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from the University of St. Thomas. I then spent the next few years with a Fortune 500 production company serving their customers by managing their orders and accounts. There, I honed my skills in providing clients with excellent service as I assisted with their needs.

In January 2024, I joined Echo Wealth Management as a Client Services Associate. I've thoroughly enjoyed this refreshing transition from a large, multifaceted production company to a tight-knit, collaborative team. Our team greatly benefits from our ability to quickly anticipate and implement changes to improve our workflow and customer experiences. As an eager learner, I find joy in working with experts in finance like Echo, Jared, and Justin. Each day, I discover something new about personal finance and look forward to someday sharing their extensive knowledge.

Away from work, my passion for automotive restoration shines through. I am an avid automotive enthusiast, and I enjoy spending my free time working on and restoring new and classic cars. If it has a motor and wheels, I'm interested. My projects include a 1994 Mazda RX-7, a 1995 Toyota Supra, and a 2006 Volvo S60R. I am fortunate to have gained the knowledge and tools necessary to pursue this passion, and I often use them to help friends and family any chance I get. To me, nothing is more rewarding than using my skills to brighten someone else's day.
